- The SOAP project aligned Sales and Operations Planning using new SAP and BW application development to deliver a 15% improvement in on time delivery for first time orders.
- Implemented a global Telecommunications Expense Management solution which delivered 2015 savings in excess of $500K.

- Led joint business and IT global team to develop a recommended path to replace the existing Clinical Logistics application. Evaluated existing application and developed alternative recommendations in a 3-month period.
- Project managed global team to implement a major upgrade to a vendor package used for adverse event tracking and reporting. Upgrade addressed 70 user issues, included an ORACLE upgrade and was accomplished within the planned business downtime.
